Other attractions such as UNCG, High Point Univ., and downtown, all within 15 min. ** Guests, please read *** – For our guests and the neighbor’s safety, we have hired security staff (off-duty police) that drive past all of our properties TWICE each night. If you are planning to invite people over/have a party, we strongly advise looking elsewhere for accommodations. Our properties are situated in quiet neighborhoods and it is of utmost importance we remain respectful to the neighbors. It won’t be hard to tell from the moment you walk inside why this property sits comfortably among our other luxury listings. Upon checking in, you’ll be treated with a tray of snacks and bottled water in the fridge. For the morning time, you’ll find a Keurig in the kitchen as well as K-cups, creamer, flavored creamer, and sugar. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, eating utensils, and all other necessary kitchen appliances. The bathrooms will be stocked with goodies such as towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, medicines, and much more. **Due to Coronavirus, we have incorporated several additional disinfecting measures into each cleaning. Our staff will continue using bleach wipes and disinfecting cleaners. We have also incorporated commercially rated FDA food-grade sanitizers as a secondary measure of cleaning to assist in disinfection. Every surface, piece of bedding, light switch, and door knob is inspected before our cleaning staff leaves. Guests will have full access to every part of the property with the exception of a locked cleaning closet that is for our staff’s supplies. We are ALWAYS available by phone, text, or Airbnb message. We have 2 full-time weekday staff members named Chris and Hailey, as well as 1 part-time staff member, Meredith, who assists us with everything from operations to admin. We keep a team-focused attitude to ensure all guests are treated like we would hope to be treated when traveling. This impactful detail keeps us focused on guests first and foremost. The neighborhood is a very safe, quiet, family-forward neighborhood. There are areas to walk or jog morning or night that will keep you away from dodging traffic during your workout. Many attractions in the area are just 10 minutes away such as Koury Convention Center, Sedgefield’s PGA Golf course, Grandover Resort, Spa, and Golf. Other attractions such as UNCG, High Point Univ, and downtown are all within 15 min. There are many fantastic restaurants that are within 5 miles and the city’s only 4.5-star restaurant, Marisol, is located just 5 minutes away should you desire an amazing meal out. Aside from the 2 bedrooms, we also have a Queen memory foam travel mattress and a children’s pack& play for additional sleeping arrangements.
